About the Position
A nurse aide is being hired by Penmarvin Retirement Home to perform the duties and tasks outlined in the job description. This is a full-time position with flexible hours, therefore those who fit the requirements are invited to apply. Job Description
- Keeping supply inventory
- Collecting specimen
- Making patient’s bed and cleaning the room
- Take measurements and record the blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate of patients
- Bath, dress, and groom patients
- Serving meal trays and feeding patients
- Empty bed pans
- Deliver reports and specimens within the department
- Transporting patients on stretchers or wheelchair
- Supervising patient’s routine exercise
- Responding call signals
- Washing and sterilizing surgical areas and preparing patients for surgery

Experience required
- The candidate chosen is required to have a High School degree.
- 1-2 years of experience working in a related role.
