About the Job

To perform the duties and responsibilities outlined in the job description, FAST PHOTO is employing an administrative assistant. This is a full-time position with flexible hours, therefore those who fit the requirements are invited to apply. Job Description

  • Appointment-making and confirmation
  • Answering computerized questions
  • Collecting data and other statistics
  • Pointing forth connections or areas of service
  • Putting in place office routines and processes
  • Arranging meetings and other events
  • Keeping minutes during meetings and seminars
  • Regular database updating
  • Controlling maintenance of office equipment
  • Providing guests with general assistance
  • Maintaining office rules and regulations
  • Assisting other members of the administrative team

Job Requirements

Chosen Candidates are required to have to meet the following:

Experience required

  • The candidate chosen is required to have a minimum of High school certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a related role
